End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Dutch Date LLC · Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 1.0

This EULA governs your use of the DutchDate mobile and web applications provided by Dutch Date LLC.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to violate our Acceptable Use & Safety Policy.

3. Payments

The DutchDate payment principle: each person pays for their own food, bookings, tickets, services and other date expenses, directly to the restaurant, venue, ticket provider or other supplier. DutchDate does not offer bill splitting, does not move money between users, and is not a wallet, escrow service, peer-payment service, or money transmitter. Payments to Dutch Date LLC through Stripe are solely for DutchDate digital subscriptions and clearly identified DutchDate products.

4. Updates & termination

We may update or discontinue the app. This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.
