Law Enforcement Request Guidelines
Dutch Date LLC · Effective June 1, 2026 · Version 1.0
These guidelines explain how law enforcement officials may request user information from Dutch Date LLC.
1. How to submit a request
Send requests on official letterhead to hello@dutchdate.app with subject line "Law Enforcement Request". Include the requesting agency, officer contact details, the legal process, and the specific account identifiers (email or user ID).
2. Legal process required
- Basic subscriber information generally requires a valid subpoena.
- Non-content records generally require a court order.
- Content of communications generally requires a valid search warrant issued on probable cause.
We require valid legal process appropriate to the jurisdiction and will reject requests that are overbroad, vague, or legally deficient.
3. Emergency requests
In cases involving a good-faith belief of an emergency involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, submit an emergency request to hello@dutchdate.app with "Emergency" in the subject line and describe the emergency.
4. What data may be available
Available data may include account registration details, subscription/transaction records, and, where lawful process requires, message content, subject to what we retain under our Privacy Notice.
5. Notice to users
Our policy is to notify affected users of requests for their information before disclosure, unless prohibited by law or where there is an emergency or risk to safety.
6. Data preservation
We will honour valid preservation requests for a reasonable period pending formal legal process.
